Advanced Science and Technology Institute (Philippines) - An institute under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) that conducts research and development on microelectronics, computers, and information technologies.
Argonne National Laboratory - The D.O.E.'s largest energy research centers.
American Electronics Association (AEA) - Contact information for more than 3,000 companies. Quoting from their mission statement:
Circuits and Systems Society - IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. Theory, analysis, design (CAD), and practical implementation of circuits, and the application of circuit theoretic techniques to systems and to signal processing.

Consumer Electronics Society - Theory and practice in the field of Consumer Electronics.
