Choose the desired course then fill out and submit the following form. We will email you the evaluation agreement in PDF format. Fill out the evaluation agreement and fax back to us. Once we receive the agreement from you, we will ship the product UPS or FedEx ground. You should receive the product within seven days. You may evaluate the product for 10 days, after that an "unlock" code will be required to access the program. Evaluation copies will only be shipped ground within the United States for free. We will ship the products other than ground if you provide a UPS or FedEx account number, please indicate the type of shipping you desire.  If you want the program to be shipped international a valid UPS or FedEx account number is required.
