Choose the desired course then fill out and submit the following form. We will email you the evaluation agreement in PDF format. Fill out the evaluation agreement and fax back to us. Once we receive the agreement from you, we will ship the product. You should receive the product within three days. You may evaluate the product for 10 days, after that an "unlock" code will be required to access the program. Evaluation copies will only be shipped within the United States for free. We will ship the products outside of the United States if the shipping is prepaid by major credit card. Include credit card number and expiration date on the evaluation agreement where indicated, if you want the program to be shipped international. You will be charged only the shipping cost by FedEx.
