• Fields for each student record now include: Company ID, Dept. First and Last Names, Date of First Login, Current Bookmark, Recertification Date, Score, Data test Completed, Active or Inactive employee, Reminder Date, Expiration Date, and comments section.

• A drop down menu for the recertification date. You can enter your company's recertification period, 1 year, or 2 years, or 6 months. The program will automatically calculate the recertification date.
• An Import function to import other student databases from other computers. Great for companies with multiple locations.
• A display showing the actual student expiration date.
• A function to export a group of students that were sorted to an ASCII text file. This is a great feature for emailing students to reschedule for certification.
• Print Reports of sorted student records.
